Home Retreat is my membership area which offers a supportive platform for your yoga and meditation practice.

Being a member allows you to practice anytime and from anywhere to suit you.

In the members’ area, you will find recordings of various lengths from shorter 15-20 minute practices up to 45 minute practices. Examples of themes and series include energising flow practices, yoga for the back, yoga for digestion, yoga for runners and walkers, mindfulness meditation, seasonal qigong and seasonal yin yoga.

I add more content to the members’ area regularly to keep your practice fresh and listen to requests from you on what you want to practice.

However, this is not just a library of resources.

My aim is to create a caring and supportive community and connection.

There are also forums in the members’ area where you can discuss specific subjects and ask questions.

After the 7 days you can either cancel your membership (no questions asked) or you can continue your membership for £16 per month.
